Delivery & tracking
Two Tone offers free delivery via FedEx and DHL within the United Kingdom only. Read our delivery and parcel-tracking information.

Our delivery carriers are FedEx and DHL, with free UK delivery. Delivery is limited to United Kingdom addresses; we do not offer international shipping, including to the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. Any UK postcode restrictions will be shown before purchase.
Services, charges and dispatch
Delivery within the United Kingdom is free, with no minimum spend. Handling and delivery time is 2–5 days for both DHL and FedEx. Choose your carrier at checkout. This is an estimated timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date or next-day service.
Shipping address
Our shipping and return address is 33 Holt Rd, Cromer NR27 9EB, UK. This is separate from the company’s registered office; no customer collection service is currently advertised.
Tracking your equipment
The dispatch confirmation will identify the carrier and include the available tracking reference or link. Select FedEx or DHL on our order-status page to open that carrier’s tracking. A created label or an estimated date is not evidence of physical dispatch; use the carrier’s scans for the latest parcel information.
Delays, loss or damage
Contact info@twotone.uk if delivery is overdue or equipment arrives damaged. We remain responsible for delivery until you or your nominated recipient physically receives the goods, except where the law provides otherwise. If no different delivery time is agreed, applicable consumer law normally requires delivery without undue delay and within 30 days.
Private order information
Your order reference alone does not grant access to personal details or documents. Open the private link in your order email or access the order through your authorised account. Do not share private access links publicly.
