Who we are

Two Tone is a trading name of TRUETONE RECORDING GROUP LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 17011398. Registered office: 22 Broomfield Drive, Stockport, Cheshire, SK5 7DR, United Kingdom. Our website is twotone.uk; contact info@twotone.uk.

Current availability

Our new catalogue is being prepared. No goods are currently offered for sale and checkout is closed. Browsing, creating an account or sending an enquiry does not create a purchase contract. Complete sales terms and order-acceptance arrangements will be displayed before purchases open.

Product information and prices

When orders open, product descriptions, key compatibility information, total prices, applicable taxes and charges will be available before purchase. Availability and any delivery restrictions will be explained. Images and guidance do not replace the specifications for the exact model being sold.

Delivery

We offer free delivery through FedEx and DHL within the United Kingdom only. Handling and delivery time is 2–5 days for either carrier. Responsibility for a parcel is not transferred to a consumer merely because it is dispatched. Read Delivery & tracking for further information.

Cancellation and faulty goods

Consumers retain cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and goods remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our Returns & refunds page explains these separately. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Accounts and website use

Keep account credentials and private order links confidential. Use the website lawfully; do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its security or submit malicious material. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or order link has been compromised.

Intellectual property

Two Tone’s original website content and artwork may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Manufacturer names, logos and product content remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. This does not restrict use permitted by law.

Complaints and governing law

Send complaints to info@twotone.uk with the relevant order reference and details. These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections or any right to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
