How Two Tone handles personal information under UK data protection law.

Information we process

We may process account and contact details you provide, enquiry content and attachments, saved addresses, security logs and technical request information. When purchases become available, order, payment-status and delivery information will be processed as necessary. Do not send full payment-card details or passwords in email.

Purposes and lawful bases

We process information to take steps at your request and provide contracted services; to comply with legal obligations such as accounting; and, where appropriate, for our legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention, service administration and responding to enquiries. Optional analytics or marketing uses consent where required. We balance legitimate interests against your rights.

Providers and sharing

Relevant information may be shared with hosting, account, email and payment service providers as needed to provide the requested service. For UK deliveries, necessary recipient and delivery information may be shared with FedEx or DHL. We may disclose information where legally required. We do not sell customer personal information.

International processing

A UK delivery area does not mean every technology provider processes data only in the UK. Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, applicable legal transfer safeguards must be used, such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual protections. Contact us for information about relevant safeguards.

Retention and security

Retention depends on the purpose, legal obligations and any dispute: we do not set one blanket period for all information. Records needed for accounting or legal claims may be kept longer than routine enquiries. Access is limited; private customer documents require authorised account access or a private order token. No system can promise absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing. Withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings or by contacting info@twotone.uk; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. We may need to verify identity before disclosing personal information. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Providing information

Some information is needed for a requested account, enquiry or future order; without it we may be unable to provide that service. Optional information and consent choices are not a condition of browsing. We do not use this website to make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.
