Where do you deliver?
Free within the United Kingdom only, using FedEx and DHL. We do not offer international delivery.
How long does handling and delivery take?
Handling and delivery time is 2–5 days for both DHL and FedEx.
Can I order now?
Not yet. Orders will open after the catalogue, VAT and payment arrangements are completed.
How do I track a parcel?
Use the carrier and tracking link in your dispatch email. Our order-status page also links to FedEx and DHL tracking. Use your private order link for personal order information.
Can I visit or collect?
No showroom or collection service is currently advertised. The Stockport address is the company’s registered office, not a confirmed retail or returns location.
How do I contact you?
Email info@twotone.uk. Include an order reference where relevant, but never send passwords or full payment-card details.
