Marantz MODEL M1 Wireless Streaming Amplifier – Black
The Marantz MODEL M1 is a compact two-channel streaming amplifier with HEOS Built-in, combining speaker amplification, network music and television audio. Its rated output is 100 W per channel into 8 ohms from 20 Hz to 20 kHz at 0.05% THD with a 20 kHz low-pass filter; the separate 125 W rating is measured into 4 ohms at 1 kHz. HDMI eARC links a compatible television, and Dolby Digital+ support does not mean the unit has independent surround-speaker amplifier channels. AirPlay 2, Bluetooth and Spotify Connect offer supported playback routes, subject to account, region and network requirements. A subwoofer output supports a suitable 2.1-channel arrangement, while USB flash-drive, analogue and digital inputs accept other sources. The analogue input is line-level, not a dedicated phono stage. A turntable with phono-level output requires an external preamplifier. Speakers, subwoofer and subscriptions are separate.
