Numark Scratch

The Numark Scratch is a two-channel DJ mixer designed around hands-on mixing and scratch performance. Its all-metal construction houses an Innofader crossfader with reverse and slope controls, allowing the crossfader response to be adjusted for different playing styles. Each deck has four performance pads for cues, rolls and samples, alongside a dedicated looping control for working with supported software.

Serato DJ Pro and a DVS licence are included, and the mixer unlocks Serato DVS when connected. Timecode records and CDs are supplied separately, so they should not be assumed to be in the box. Six software-based effects are selected using dedicated controls and engaged with dual paddles; these are not six independent onboard hardware effects. Filter controls provide another way to shape transitions.

For connections, Scratch offers line and phono inputs for each channel, an XLR main output and a separately controlled unbalanced booth output. A combo microphone input includes tone control, while two headphone socket sizes support cue monitoring. Its 24-bit digital circuitry completes a focused mixer for DJs who want physical performance controls alongside a software-based workflow.
