The Pioneer DJ DJM-A9 is a four-channel professional mixer with 32-bit A/D and D/A conversion, a third-generation MAGVEL crossfader and a revised control layout. Center Lock on the Sound Color FX controls helps prevent movement beyond the centre point during effect operation. A colour display and X-Pad accompany the Beat FX section, while two independent headphone-monitoring systems support back-to-back performances. Bluetooth provides an audio input, whereas wireless LAN serves compatible monitoring and control workflows; these are different functions, not a promise of wireless music streaming from every service. The mixer supports computer connections using USB-B and USB-C and connects to compatible players through PRO DJ LINK.
