RCF SUB 702-AS MK3 12-inch Active Subwoofer

The RCF SUB 702-AS MK3 is a single mains-powered 12-inch bass-reflex subwoofer intended to support compact PA systems. The exact variant is manufacturer part 13000818 for 220–240V mains operation; it is not the older SUB 702-AS II or the 100–120V version. RCF gives the Class-D amplifier ratings as 1,400W peak and 700W RMS, with a maximum sound pressure level of 129dB at one metre. Its stated frequency response is 40Hz to 120Hz, without a tolerance specified here. Bass Motion Control manages woofer excursion and the built-in stereo crossover supports integration with full-range loudspeakers. Rear-panel controls cover level, equalisation, polarity and crossover, with XLR inputs and outputs for balanced or unbalanced signals. The amplifier uses convection cooling rather than a fan. The black Baltic birch plywood cabinet has side handles and an M20 threaded pole socket. Current manufacturer specifications give a weight of 21.5kg and dimensions of 523mm high by 360mm wide by 515mm deep. This listing supplies one powered subwoofer; satellites, mounting pole and protective cover are not part of the described package.
