Sonos Sub Mini — Black, Single

The Sonos Sub Mini is a mains-powered wireless subwoofer finished in matte black, designed to add low-frequency output to a compatible Sonos system. It is not a standalone music speaker and must be paired with an amplified non-portable Sonos product. Two inward-facing 6-inch woofers work within a sealed cabinet, using a force-cancelling arrangement to reduce unwanted cabinet vibration. Sonos specifies a frequency response reaching as low as 25 Hz, rather than a guaranteed result in every room. The compact cylindrical enclosure can be positioned upright without the footprint of the larger Sonos Sub models. Wi-Fi links it to the paired system, and an Ethernet port supports a wired network connection where appropriate. It still requires a nearby electrical socket: wireless audio does not mean battery power. Trueplay tuning uses a supported iOS device to adapt the connected system to the room. There is no general-purpose analogue subwoofer input or Bluetooth music playback. This listing is for one black Sub Mini, with compatible soundbars or speakers purchased separately.
