Studiomaster digiLiVE16 Digital Mixing Console

The Studiomaster digiLiVE16 is a sixteen-input digital mixing console with twelve microphone input channels and two stereo input channels. Its seven-inch touchscreen shows channel settings, routing and processing, while nine motorised one-hundred-millimetre faders comprise eight channel faders and a main-mix fader. Twelve microphone sockets are provided as eight XLR and four XLR/jack combination inputs. Eight balanced XLR outputs comprise the left and right master outputs and six assignable smart outputs, with sixteen internal buses available for routing. Channel processing includes four-band parametric equalisation, gating and compression, with assignable effects and graphic equalisation. The built-in media player and recorder support USB playback and recording; this is not a promise of a sixteen-track computer audio interface. Remote iPad control requires a suitable Wi-Fi connection through an external module, whose inclusion has not been established. The manufacturer specifies a forty-eight-kilohertz operating sample frequency and a twenty-four-volt DC external power-supply output. This is the console with a touchscreen and physical faders, not the separate rack-style digiLiVE16RS. Microphones, a tablet, speakers and any unconfirmed wireless accessory are not included in this selection.
