Pioneer DJ DDJ-REV1 Black Battle-Style DJ Controller

The Pioneer DJ DDJ-REV1 is a black USB DJ controller with a two-channel mixer section and a battle-style control layout. Horizontal sixty-millimetre tempo sliders sit above the decks, while performance pads occupy the mixer section. The jog wheels measure one hundred and fifty-four millimetres across and are touch-sensitive rather than motorised turntable platters. Tracking Scratch returns the music silently to its cue point when you change the jog movement from backwards to forwards or lift your hand, helping with scratch practice. Lever FX controls effects in Serato DJ Lite, which is available as a free download for a compatible PC or Mac. The controller can switch between four software decks; it does not have four physical mixer channels and cannot play USB music independently. Serato DJ Pro requires a separate paid licence or subscription. A microphone input, RCA master output and three-point-five-millimetre headphone socket provide audio connections. USB Type-B supplies the computer connection and bus power. A USB cable is supplied; the computer, microphone, headphones and speakers are separate.
