QSC K10.2 10-inch Active PA Loudspeaker

The QSC K10.2 is a single two-way active PA loudspeaker built around a 10-inch cone woofer and a compression driver with a 1.4-inch titanium diaphragm. QSC specifies a Class-D amplifier with 1,800W peak output for low frequencies and 225W peak for high frequencies; these figures are peak ratings rather than continuous amplifier output. Its maximum rated sound pressure level is 130dB peak, measured on-axis at one metre with dynamic pink noise. Frequency response is 56Hz to 20kHz at −6dB, while the wider frequency range is 50Hz to 20kHz at −10dB. Nominal axisymmetric coverage is 90 degrees. Two locking XLR/TRS combination inputs provide selectable MIC/LINE and HI-Z/LINE operation, and a separate 3.5mm stereo input has its own level control. Two XLR throughput outputs and one mixed XLR output support connection to additional equipment. Factory presets, user EQ, delay and saved scenes are accessed through the LCD and controls. The impact-resistant ABS cabinet supports main-PA or floor-monitor use, with dual pole cups for straight or 7.5-degree downward tilt and integrated M10 mounting fittings. QSC specifies a universal 100–240V AC, 50–60Hz supply with a locking IEC power connection and variable-speed fan cooling. Cabinet dimensions are 519 × 320 × 300mm and net weight is 14.5kg.
