QSC K12.2 12-inch Powered PA Loudspeaker

The QSC K12.2 is a single two-way powered loudspeaker with a 12-inch cone driver and a titanium-diaphragm compression driver. It uses a Class-D power module described by QSC as 2,000W; the official specification separately lists 1,800W low-frequency and 225W high-frequency peak output, not RMS ratings. QSC rates the maximum SPL at 132dB peak, measured on-axis at one metre with dynamic pink noise. Its frequency response is 50Hz to 20kHz at −6dB, while the wider frequency range is 45Hz to 20kHz at −10dB. The two figures are not interchangeable. Two locking XLR/TRS combo inputs support microphone/line and high-impedance/line sources, and a separate 3.5mm stereo input accepts a wired playback device. Two XLR thru outputs and a mixed XLR output support routing to other equipment. Onboard DSP offers presets and saved scenes with EQ, delay and input settings, controlled from the rear display. The ABS enclosure can serve as a main PA speaker or floor monitor, with straight or 7.5-degree down-tilted pole mounting. A variable-speed fan provides cooling. Net weight is 17.7kg. This is one speaker, not a stereo pair; mounting hardware, stand, tote and cover are optional rather than included.
