RANE TWELVE MKII Motorised DJ Software Controller

The RANE TWELVE MKII is a motorised turntable-style controller for DJ software, not a standalone media player or a conventional record-playing turntable. Its 12-inch control surface gives a familiar vinyl-style feel, while USB MIDI and DVS control provide ways to operate compatible computer-based systems. The stereo RCA connection carries DVS control tones rather than normal programme music from an internal player. An OLED screen supports platform selection, and onboard browsing, selection and instant-doubles controls reduce the need to reach for a computer. The quartz direct-drive motor offers high and low torque settings, with 33⅓ and 45 rpm operation. A solid-steel casing and aluminium platter complete the physical design. Compatible software and the rest of the audio setup are required; no paid software licence is promised here.
