Cambridge Audio MXN10 Network Music Streamer – Lunar Grey

The Cambridge Audio MXN10 in Lunar Grey adds network music playback to an existing hi-fi or desktop audio system. Its compact, half-width enclosure contains the StreamMagic Gen 4 platform and an ESS SABRE ES9033Q digital-to-analogue converter. AirPlay 2, Chromecast built-in and Bluetooth provide several routes for playing music from compatible devices, while USB and network storage playback accommodate a personal digital collection. Analogue RCA outputs connect to an amplifier or suitable active speakers; optical and coaxial outputs provide alternatives for systems with their own digital conversion. Control is through the StreamMagic app. This is one network streamer, not an integrated amplifier or speaker bundle, so a suitable downstream audio system is needed.
