Cambridge Audio CXC Lunar Grey CD Transport

The Cambridge Audio CXC is a Lunar Grey compact-disc transport intended for use with an external DAC or a DAC-equipped amplifier. It reads supported audio CDs and sends the digital audio signal through optical or coaxial S/PDIF outputs. It does not contain the analogue output stage of a conventional CD player, so it cannot be connected directly to a line-level analogue input without additional conversion equipment. This distinction matters when building a complete listening system: amplification and speakers are also required. The exact donor barcode matches the supplied Google report, but no unverified V2 generation label has been added. This listing supplies one CXC transport rather than a transport-and-amplifier package. Room photographs and accessory presentations have been omitted from the prepared exact-model gallery.
